Bariatric Calcium Snacks

Calcium Snacks Before & After Bariatric Surgery

Calcium is an essential dietary mineral required by your body for good health.  Not only does calcium help keep your bones and teeth strong, it also keeps your heart, muscles and nerves functioning properly.  Getting enough calcium in your diet after bariatric surgery may seem like a challenge, but it doesn’t have to be!

In addition to taking daily calcium + vitamin D supplements, choosing 1 or 2 of these foods each day is an easy way to get more calcium into your diet.
